REFINED SOY OIL

To produce our nationally acclaimed Sunchi Soya Oil brand, we at Sunchi Integrated Farms ensure quality assurance is applied throughout the entire Soya oil extraction process. Our brand of Soya beans is purchased in high quantities from Northern Nigeria and are put through rigorous processes to ensure the extraction of impurities. They also undergo crushing processes using high end technological inputs through motorised friction resulting to formation of a semisolid slurry (soya meal). The semisolid soya meal passes through the extruder which presses the oily soya meal to produce crude soya and soya cake. The Soya cake is later crushed to soya meal which is one of the best protein source in poultry and other animal feeds production, while the crude oil is refined to be consumed as table vegetable oil. The soya extraction plant capacity is 20 tons daily of which 16 tons of soya meal and 2.4 tons of crude soya oil.

The Sunchi Soya Oil comes in various pack sizes of 1, 3, 5, and 18- litres container. Our Soy Oil refinery has the capacity of 3.6 tons daily.
