Sunchi Farms don’t compromise staff welfare and conditions of service in anyway. The company even though less than three months into production, the directors have commenced discussions with a reputable firm on how the workers of the company can benefit from pension welfare scheme programs in case of retirements and voluntary disengagement from her service in line with Nigerian Workers Pension Act of 2004. The company has equally sought for guidance from the Industrial Training Fund (ITF)by opening discussions office on how to key into their contribution scheme in line with the Nigeria Industrial Development Act.

Sunday Ephraim Ezeobiora - Chairman

Mr. Sunday Ephraim Ezeobiora; an astute business man and industrialist with network of business in Africa, Europe, Asia and American continents from where he drew the inspiration to go into hatchery business, the first of its kind in Enugu (south-east zone) as a whole. Prior to the birth of SIFL the chairman has held various positions as President, Vice-Chairman, Patron, Director, Manager, Board Member, Treasurer, Philanthropist, etc. of various companies, trade unions/groups, churches etc.
Some of these organizations/associations includes Enugu Shippers Council (president 2012 - Date); Good Neighbors Microfinance Bank, Aspanda Lagos (Chairman 2011- Date); Nnewi Chambers of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (Treasurer 2005 - Date); Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) Anambra, Enugu and Ebonyi chapter (Member 2011 - 2013); Nigerian Red Cross Society (Patron); Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) - Nigerian Police, Zone 9 Umuahia (Patron); etc. He hails from Amesi Aguata LGA and as a philanthropist has a foundation called Nze and Lolo Raphael Ezeobiora Ezendu Foundation.

Geraldine Chinyere Ezeobiora - Managing Director

Geraldine Chinyere Ezeobiora; a graduate of Microbiology from Edo State University, Ekpoma (1988 - 1992) and M. Sc. in the same field from NnamdiAzikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State (1999 ). She hails from Amesi in Aguata LGA Anambra state. Before becoming a fulltime board member of SIFL she was a lecturer for 3 years at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (2007- 2010).

Godson Nnamdi Omenazu- Deputy Managing Director

Godson Nnamdi Omenazu is a 1988 graduate of Microbiology from University of Nigeria Nsukka. In his career trajectory, he has acquired skills and capacity as well as knowledge in several industrial areas and renowned institutions such as Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC), Coca Cola West Africa, Lagos Business School, NAFDAC/Utopia Canada among others. Mr Omenazu has established proficiencies in Industrial Environment Management, Safety, Employee Performance, Performance Management, Internal Control & Professional Ethics, International Food Safety among others.
He has prior work experience in leadership cadre of leading firms like the Nigerian Bottling Company, Iceman Products Ltd, Dozzy Oil & Gas Ltd before he joined Sunchi in 2012 and served as the General Manager. He was an Executive Council Member of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (Anambra/Enugu/Ebonyi and and Executive Council Member of Onitsha Chamber of Commerce & Industries.

Elochukwu Onwuka - General Manager

Joined Sunchi in 2013 as Head of Sales and Marketing. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Nigeria and an MBA in International Food and Agri-Business from the Royal Agriculture University UK. He is married and resident in Enugu
